Had an unfortunate accident with a knife and took myself to Ilkeston minor injuries. I was seen in less than ten minutes on a Sunday morning which is amazing if you try an imagine how long if I had gone QMC. The nurses was amazing cleaned glued stereo stripped bandaged and kept a brilliant but professional attitude all the time. I can not tell you enough how impressed I was .

The quality of staff and service has to be commended. I had an appointment today. Last week got a letter reminding me of appointment with a map enclosed as to which entrance to use as main one is under refurbishment.

When I arrived there was somebody asking where you wanted to go as well as excellent signage.

The lady on reception was also extremely helpful even asking me if she wanted me to shred the letter.
