I was told I was a type 2 diabetic without having been given a blood test to prove it. This led to a row with the Practice where I made a comment that led to me being removed from the Practice and sent to Wilson Street Surgery (11 Wilson street) in Derby on a violent patient scheme to receive future care which is a 56 mile round trip for me. I refuse to make this trip again and this has led to my blood pressure medication being stopped by [named doctor] at the Wilson Street Surgery.
