This report was produced as a result of a Healthwatch Derbyshire Enter & View visit being undertaken by request of Hardwick CCG. The request formed the basis of a joint working partnership agreement to visit some examples of care/nursing homes with which Hardwick CCG held commissioning contracts.
The visits agreed have been conducted to homes which were not especially presenting concerns to Hardwick CCG. The visits, however, enabled an independent view to be formed on the experiences of care at the home using observations and the views gathered from residents, relatives and staff.
