During 2016/2017, Healthwatch Derbyshire was commissioned by Derbyshire County Council (DCC) to conduct unannounced visits to their 26 residential services across the county. These visits were initiated by DCC to complement their internal quality assurance processes. This report is the first of those representing visits completed between June-September 2016.
