Enter & View Tri-annual Summary Report

During 2016/2017, Healthwatch Derbyshire was commissioned by Derbyshire County Council (DCC) to conduct unannounced visits to their 26 residential services across the county. This is the second of three summary reports being produced throughout the commissioning period, the first being published on 13th October 2016. This report represents those visits undertaken from the end of August until 24th October 2016 where reports have been fully completed. Such reports are normally published within six weeks of visits being undertaken.
