Whitestones Care Home Enter & View Report

As part of a series of planned Enter and View visits, we were invited by Derbyshire County Council to visit Whitestones Care Home in Chapel-En-le-Frith. The visit took place in November 2023.

We were asked to report on: 

• The quality of care provided

• How people are involved in service improvements

• Any issues or concerns raised by service users, staff, and relatives

• Equality and diversity practices.
