Between July and September 2017 we asked people to rate their experience of visiting a pharmacy and then tell us more about their experience. Using a short survey we obtained the experiences of 185 Derbyshire residents.
This feedback was shared with the Derbyshire Local Pharmaceutical Committee who welcomed the report and are sending it out to pharmacies in Derbyshire to inform them of people’s views. Pharmacies are being invited to respond to the report using the evaluation form in the report.
