"The Value of Listening" – our Annual Report for 2023-24!

Welcome to our annual report for 2023-2024. Our vision is to see local people put 'centre stage', so your voices can help shape health and care services. This years annual report shows we have made a big impact by listening to people in Derbyshire, especially those who might not always have their voices heard.

Highlights

• This year, 652 people told us about their experiences with health and social care services.
• We published 14 reports on how to make health and care services better
• Our dedicated team of 54 volunteers worked 277 days to help our community
• We provided clear advice and information to 334 people about important topics like mental health and the cost-of-living crisis
• Our most popular report was about the Derbyshire Wheelchair Service, which talked about issues with communication, waiting times, and customer service
